Terms of Service

AirlineStream provides access to airline logos and related data through a REST API. The service includes ongoing content updates and email-based technical support.

Upon subscribing, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, modify, and distribute the content obtained through the API within your own products, websites, applications, and marketing materials, subject to the following conditions:

a) Annual Subscriptions. Subscribers on an annual billing plan are granted a perpetual, irrevocable licence to continue using, displaying, and distributing any content obtained during the paid subscription term, even after the subscription expires or is cancelled. This perpetual licence applies solely to content actually retrieved while the subscription was active and does not extend to API access or future content updates.

b) Monthly and Free-Tier Subscriptions. Subscribers on a monthly billing plan or the free tier are granted a licence to use the content only for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation, expiration, or termination of a monthly or free-tier subscription, the licence to use, display, and distribute previously obtained content is revoked and you must cease all use of such content within thirty (30) days.

API access under all plans is granted solely for the duration of the active subscription. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by AirlineStream.

All data, materials, and content provided through the API remain the exclusive property of AirlineStream. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited license granted above.

Airline names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by airline trademark owners for your specific use case.

If you use the AirlineStream API on the free Starter plan, you must include a visible attribution link to https://airlinestream.dev on every page or screen where API content is displayed. The link must be a standard HTML hyperlink (e.g. `Powered by AirlineStream`) that is publicly accessible and not hidden by CSS, JavaScript, or any other means.

Failure to maintain the required attribution link may result in suspension or termination of your free-tier API access without notice. Paid subscription plans are exempt from this attribution requirement.

Subscription fees are billed annually through Stripe. All prices are listed on the pricing page. You authorise recurring charges for your selected plan until you cancel.

Free tier usage is subject to the published rate limits and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

We aim to provide continuous API access but may perform planned or emergency maintenance resulting in temporary downtime. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or content unavailability.

Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control.

You agree to:

- Use the content in compliance with applicable laws
- Keep your API key confidential and not share it publicly
- Not resell or redistribute API access
- Not exceed your plan's usage limits or abuse the service

You agree to indemnify and hold AirlineStream harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or content. AirlineStream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from content inaccuracies, misuse, service unavailability, or business losses.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, API access ceases immediately. The post-termination content licence is determined by your subscription type as set out in Section 2 (License Grant).

You may not:

(a) Use AirlineStream trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

(b) Represent that you are affiliated with or endorsed by AirlineStream without authorisation.

(c) Use the AirlineStream Services to create a substantially similar competitive product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably and otherwise handled by the courts of England and Wales.
